We are able to undertake a range of inspections and surveys for various purposes. All our surveys will be provided in a written hardcopy report, along with a pdf copy if requested.

Whilst our standard reports are comprehensive enough for most purposes, we will tailor our inspections and reports to a client’s needs and address any areas of specific concern to the client.

We undertake both residential and commercial property surveys and we are always happy to advise on the most appropriate survey for your purposes.

We do not currently undertake inspections for Energy Performance Certificates, Fire Risk Assessment or Asbestos Assessment purposes; however we are able to arrange for such services by request.
